.i am having trouble importing a photo into Illustator

Question

I have tried multiple photos from my Apple photos file, a couple have imported into Illustrator but most have not. I am using an iPad Pro. Even the photo I took using my iPad would not import into Illustrator. I have tried making the photos smaller and just 72dpi. I have tried copy and paste and also the Place tool. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @pinkplumeria,Could you share more details, like your iPad model number, the version of the iPadOS/Illustrator installed on your device, if Illustrator behaves this way with all files, and a small screen recording of the problem, so I can better assist you?Also, try saving/converting one of your photos in the Most Compatible format (https://adobe.ly/3GSjHIn) and share your observations.Looking forward to hearing from you. Bonjour, ce n'est pas une question de taille, il faut ouvrir ces images avec un autre logiciel capable de le faire et utiliser <Enregistrer sous>

mode standard.

(le début du fichier n'est pas compatible , histoire de marqueur sans doute JPD SOFn).
