I am uploading the design that i created in Adobe Illustrator but the size in creating issue.

Hi,

I am a Graphic Designer and i offer my services on Fiverr so i decided to change my fiverr image that i designed in Adobe Illustrator in 550px x 370px size and when i uploaded that design it created size issue.

The error was "Your uploaded image size in short".

So is there any mistake that i am doing or whats wrong with my Adobe illustrator.

I am using Adobe illustrator version of CC-2015.

Can you suggest me any solution?

I really need to figure it out soon so that i start doing my work.

If you want to export at 550px x 370px size export at 72 ppi.
