I am using illustrator CC 2017 I want to use pantone coated 2132 when I go to add it into my swatches it doesn't bring it up how do I get the new colours that pantone has brought out.

Get the Pantone Color Manager (from Pantone.com) and install what you need.

THe Color Manager is free when you have a printed swatches book with a code.

As mentioned above by Monika, you may need the Pantone Color Manager in this case. You might not get all the Pantone color in AI and if you need a specific one, you should get it from Pantone itself. Hope this answers your query.
