I am working on a log in illustrator, saving as an SVG. The front is cursive but when I send a file in the email to a user, the font becomes more like Ariel font versus the cursive font that I am using why is this happening?

Try to outline the font (this is an option for SVF when using export for screens.

When you choos File > Export > Export for Screens and select SVG, you can select the cog wheel and change the settings where you can choose to outline the font on export.
