I bought Illustrator and it says I haven't bought it

I bought Adobe Illustrator for a class, and the charges are on my card and everything, but the app still works like it's in trial mode, and it even doesn't show as being purchased in my Adobe apps. I can't even cancel the subscription, but the charges are there, saying I bought it. Is there any way to fix this? Thank you!
