I bought two vector texts soon above stock but cannot edit text

I bought 2 vecxtor texts that said I could edit text but it does not allow me to.

You downloaded it as EPS/AI and then opened it in Illustrator?

Is there something in the graphic styles panel that you can use?

Yes I did, I have it open in illustrator but cannot edit the text.
