I can not change the font text in the logo template

Dear friends,

I bought a template logo from Adobe Stock. I can change the color of the logo, but not the font text. What do I have to do to keep the font and change the text?

The text has been converted to outlines. There is no font in the file. You would need to find the font and license it yourself.
