I cannot change the color of the object when I enter the hex code.
To be precise, you cannot change the color of an already created figure to a hex code.
I checked the color settings, no problem.

I'm using illustrator version 29.2.1

Please select the object and take a screenshot of the Appearance panel: Window > Appearance.

Thank you for your reply, but it doesn't work at all.....I enter the code and confirm it, it will be changed to the existing color code. It not be saved.
