I can't find panel(

Hello) can you please tell me where I can find this panel??? I'm no't sure if this is a bug or I just don't know where to find it.  I will be gratefull for your help

Some of the panels or tool bars in Adobe Illustrator are context sensitive, which means they only appear when you are using a certain tool. The first image of a tool bar along the top of the workspace appears when the Pen Tool is being used. The second image looks like the basic workspace setting when Adobe Illustrator is first installed. I prefer to use the Essentials Classic workspace and then customize it a bit from there. You can change workspaces by going to the Window menu and selecting Workspace. The Window menu also has a long list of different palettes that can be displayed.

When you post a question you always need to tell the Adobe program you are using
There are MANY programs in a full subscription, plus other non-subscription programs
Please post the exact name of the Adobe program you use so a Moderator may move this message to that forum
