I can´t "invite to edit", or have a share button

I have an enterprise plan accountt with some collegues, and i have a problem with sharing  work... we have the same version of adobe in illustrator, but the problem it's that i can't "Invite to edit" and they can... they also have the share button in their illustrators corners

while i don't 

I've tried... upgrating adobe illustrator, upgrating creative cloud, logout and login accounts, and they tried to share their work with me, but when i open it, it stays like this 

i also noticed that any collaboration they can do in another apps like premier, etc... i can't...
We have some work we need to do, how can i solve this problem.. i repeat.. we work under the same enterprise plan, and have the same version of apps
