I can't make anything snap to points

I've tried every option on the view panel, but it's still not snapping to point regardless of what I togle. It only snaps to grid and to pixel for some reason.

Does it help if you turn on Smart Guides?

Also, that's the Barbican, right? I love it there.

    I want it to snap to the page first and then between objects, none of that is working. I'll try the smart guides, I didn't think about that one :´).

     

    And yes, it is! I'm doing a project for uni about brutalism (not an architect student, just a nerd) and I have to choose an iconic structure in London (not from there, but I've allways loved London's brutalism), so I was going to see which one between Trellick Tower and the Barbican is more recognizable between my class mates.

    I was an architecture student, and my friends and I organised a few tours of Brutalist London for fun among ourselves. My favourite building of that era was always the National Theatre.
