I can't open Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign since I updated my OS to Monterey
Hi all,
I'm not sure what else to do, so I'm coming here for help. Here's what I've done to try and resolve the issue, but no luck yet.
- Updated the apps to the latest version
- Restarted my computer
- Uninstalled and reinstalled each app
- Used the Adobe cleaner tool uninstall and clean things up, then reinstalled
- cleared my caches
Yesterday, I spent 1.5 hours on the phone with someone from Adobe CC, and he was unable to figure out what was going on. He said he would call me back today, but no call yet. Here's what he tried:
- using the Adobe cleaner tool again
- used the activity monitor to try and figure out if something was running in the background and messing it up, this was inconclusive
- cleared any malfunctioning fonts from Fontbook
- installed older versions of the apps, which had the same issue
I really need to get this figured out necause i"ve got prjects on the go that require these programs! Any help would be much appreciated.
