I Cannot Download the Free Template Directly from Illustrator Application

Haii Everyone...

I have a trouble to download the Free Template directly from Adobe Illustrator, everytime I failed to download the free template the massage occure "You Cannot License This Template" as per screen shot attached.

Please help how to solve this problem.

Hai Mike...

Yes already Login as I'm subcription and also already remote by Adobe Customer Services for this phenomenon, now I'm still waiting as they conclution and advice.
