I cannot sign in to Illustrator on my iPad

Question

I am using a student account and when I sign in using adobe id, I'm sent back to the same sign in screen. I have tried linking this email to my Apple ID and signing in through Apple ID, but it creates a personal account without the subscription. I need Illustrator for my assignments and I would like to do it on my iPad.
