Question

I cant save the raw illustrater file and i need to send it to a client asap

Hi friends, 

I have an Ipad and I really need to send the raw illustrator file to my client today. It just spins and doesnt do anything when i try export, when i share the file via a link its blank and then when I try and share it via creative cloud its also blank... i do not understand, someone help!!

Hi @ambieh74048473,

 

I totally understand how stressful it can be when you're trying to get work done quickly and things aren't cooperating. Could you try signing out of the Illustrator app and then signing back in. Just tap the tool icon, go to App Settings, then Account, and choose Sign Out. After that, try saving your file locally first by saving a copy directly to 'On My iPad' instead of Creative Cloud. Once it's saved locally, you can try exporting again.

Also, please check that you're on the latest version of Illustrator on your iPad. It would be helpful to know which version you’re using and if the file is large or has any linked assets.
