I cant see any products in my extensions manager

Hi!

I have just downloaded and installed the Extension Manager for CC. When launching the extension manager, no products are showing up to the left under (products). I am trying to install an extension for my new machine and iIt gives me the error that "This extension cannot be installed, it requires illustrator 15.0 or higer).

Any ideas?

    if you cannot get  illustrator CC to work you could try

    if you cannot get  illustrator CC to work you could try

    The plug in i have to install is CutStudioPluginCS5.zxp

    You will only be able to use that in version CS5.

    Do you have a serial number for CS5?

    You can't install CS5 with your CC license.

    OS X El Capitan

    I bought a roland vinyl cutter and am trying to install the extension for my illustrator.

    When I open the extensions manager there is no list of products and when i go to install the plug in I get an error "This extension can not be installed, it requires illustrator version in range of inclusively between 15.0 and 15.9
