If it doesn't, can you confirm if this is happening only with the Illustrator app or other CC apps are also affected? Also, have you recently migrated from an older Mac to a new one, and did you use any migration tool to transfer files & apps from the older Mac to the new one?

The solution was to format mac and install mac again and Adobe now works 100% thanks.
