i just paid illustrator but it doesnt appear on my acoount

Hello, my trial was over so i decided to buy one month of illustrator. i received an confirmation email but y go into my acoount and it doesnt appear the product. i tried to open the program but it tells my tiral liscence is over... could you help me?
