I'm getting a (UKCO) error

I cannot open a file or select a part therof within it as this error keeps popping up

I am also having the same issue since today. With every click the error keeps popping up. And I cannot click any button because they won't appear. Hope this will be solved soon!

I can't even open Illustrator since the v 27.8 update (in Australia) - I'm on a Mac Studio, latest OS, and I get the

"The operation cannot complete because of an unknown error [UKCO]" message on trying to open it, even when opening from the creative cloud "Updated recently" screen.

I'm having the same error immedietly after updating the program. Mac OS is up to date too. Have uninstalled and re installed illustrator and same issue. Program is unuseable and I need to work. What's going on Adobe??
