I'm having a problem with the artboard size when exporting to PDF

I need to export an artwork with a height of 5cm (centimeters), but when I export it to PDF, it becomes 4.97cm. Can someone please help me?

    check the Page Boxes in Adobe Acrobat, they usually give a correct size.
