I'm iPad Air 3 user. help me!

Hello, I'm a Korean user. I'm using an illustrator program with iPad Air 3. However, it ends during work and there is a difficulty in not being saved. Also, the color changes suddenly. I'm under so much stress and I'm struggling to find help. Is it right that the illustrator is available on iPad Air 3 so that it can be purchased? Then, I seek a solution to my inconvenience.
