I'm trying to export grouped artworks as SVGs and PDFs but it keeps exporting the artwork i want and then a random box off in narnia, help

ANd the black box is 100 % not in the file?

WHen was the last time you rebooted the computer?

the black box isnt there, i deselected everything before selecting the dog and hitting export selection, i restarted a few days before the post because occasionally my xbox app breaks and idk whats causing the black box

Doing another restart and resetting the preferences doesn’t help?

Resetting the prefs will erase your settings, so you might want to shut down Illustrator and rename the preferences folder.

there is a picture and the box on the left shouldnt be there, i only clicked the dog and hit export selection, it added the box during or after the export
