I'm unable to initialize my library

Question

Hello,

I've been unable to initialize my library in AI for the last week. I've followed all the steps in this article with no luck:

I have a Macbook Pro, macOS: 13.1 (22C65).

Anyone else encounter this issue lately?

Hey Mike, While reinstalling the library didn't work (the reinstall libraries dmg seems to be corrupt for Mac), it made me think I should uninstall and reinstall Creative Cloud — and that did the trick! I appreciate you helping me think it through!

I did and numerous attempts of flushing the cache files in prefs did not work. Happned after upgrading to Moterey. I restarted my OS and that resolved the issues. You can also resintall the library
