I need a script to change colors via swatches in multiple files at once

So I have files with fill colors, that I need to replace to different ones. I am using swatches for all colors, so it would be handy to use swatch names. Also it would be handy to have minimal interface, so I can enter values, as I'm working on multiple color swatches.

Example: swatch_name_blue replace with swatch_name_green across all open files.

Couldn't you just record an action with the Recolor Artwork tool and run that as a batch?

The recolor function cannot be recorded. Recoloring artwork can be recorded as an action, but scripting might be easier. You would probably need to be more specific about what kind of objects  need to be recolored in the file.
