I want cut shape of img from object

Hello,

I want to cut out the shape of the photo in the gray background, like in the screenshot for the example of a dinosaur. Can someone help ? 🙂

If that is not built with vector shapes, the look into live trace and expand then pathfinder.

If you dont care about vector quality use transparency and make mask button.
