Hi zusammen,

seit heute morgen bekomme ich Illustrator nicht zum laufen.

Es kommt ständig die Fehlermeldung "Ihr Abonnementstatus kann nicht bestätigt werden."

Wir haben da nichts gemacht, Internet läuft einwandfrei...woran kann das liegen? Wir brauchen Illustrator dringend für die Arbeit 😕😕 Hat jemand eine Idee?

Hi and thank you!

I never realised that i need to have CC started before i can use Illustrator...normaly it seem to autostart.

Anyways, this time it did not start and that was the problem. Now everything works again lol so thank you!

I don't think you have to have the app open, but if you are logged out for any reason you won't be able to use Illustrator without logging back in.

Ich musste gerade etwas lächeln, da Zitat:

PS: Mit dem selben Internet bin ich auch hier in der Support Community ^^
