Illegal Operand Error - iStock images

I get this on several files i purchased from iStock a couple years back. Most don't have any text to cause this error can any one help me please.

Thanks for your help unfortunately i need to be able to break down the file so i can grab a "piece" of it.

What happened to the files since then? Did you transfer them via e-mail? Kept them on a server?

Can't you show the proof of purchase to iStock and re-download them?

I don't know where the proof of purchase is the image was bought through my companies old account. The images are kept of a external share drive. This has never happened before it just started today.
