Illistrator curent on line version

"load Library failed with error 126; the specific model could not be found"

My Illistrator will not boot up. shows this error message when thrying to open.

I have ran window scan, and updated the illistrator.

i am al a loss.

I am paying for something I can not use?

Can any one help?
