illustartor is not working

I have had downloaded the illustrator and took the one year plan but now when I opens the program is says that my subscription has ended , so what should I do? help me please

    Pretty much the same problem. Have had subscription since Oct. 2013. When I try to open AI, it gives me a popup wanting me to license the software and provide a (non-existent) serial number.

    Have been on hold with Tech Support for 2 hours 23 minutes; they obviously have no ****s to give, since they charged our chard for this month already.

    I already download it from one month away is it was working but I do not what happed . why the session is ended|?
