Illustator buggy when zooming.

I have been having issuses since updating my software to 28.3 or my mac IOS to sonoma 14.3.1 where the screen pixilates, blurs, and glitches when zooming and moving my artboard around on the screen. Any way to fix this? I'm not 100% when it started but seems to be since I updated my mac to the latest OS.
