Olá, não estou conseguindo exportar ou fazer qualquer ação que tenha que abrir outra janela no illustrator, já desinstalei e instalei novamente e não funcionou até tentei uma versão diferente e esse problema ainda persiste. Alguem consegue me ajudar? Utilizo sistema Windows 10

Thank you for sharing the details and files. I am able to export and save your files. I would like to know if you have tried resetting the Preferences? If resetting the preferences doesn't help, then I would suggest you try the following steps:

  • Try running the app in Safe Mode & Hidden Admin Account?
  • Try disabling the security apps (Norton360 Antivirus) and test if this helps resolve the issue.
  • Close any application running in the background and see if that helps resolve the issue.
  • Rename the CEP folder to CEP.old from the following location:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
  • If that doesn't help, rename the extensions folder to extensions.old in the following location:
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\UXP
  • If that doesn't help either, uninstall the application using the CC Cleaner tool and reinstall from the Creative Cloud Desktop app.

Thanks & Regards,

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about your experience. I would request you to share a few more details like:

  • The exact version of Illustrator
  • Are you using any external monitor?
  • Is the happening while exporting a specific document? If yes, could you please share a sample document with us? You can upload it to the Creative Cloud (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/share.html) and share the download link.
  • When did this start happening? Are there any recent changes made to your system? For example, any antivirus, system updates, or web extensions installed recently.
  • Are there any apps running in the background? If yes, close them one by one and see if that helps resolve the issue?
  • Does resetting Illustrator Preferences (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/illustrator/using/setting-preferences.html) help to resolve the issue?
Disclaimer: Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. Location is mentioned in the article.

I will be looking forward to your response.

Thanks & Regards,

Tentei usar a versão 25.4.1 e a versão 25.3.1.
