Not outlining text would be better as you said Monika.
@alaa, I used GE SS two in order to replicate the issue on my Mac but all went well, I couldn't see thick block for the character "ا" as in your screenshot!

Are you viewing this in Acrobat?
Yes, the duo colored text screenshot above is from Acrobat on Macintosh.
I just tested the same on a Windows machine. On Windows if the text is outlined in Illustrator, text will display Arabic letter "ا" as larger that normal block when viewed in Acrobat, but as you said, no issues whatsoever when text is printed on a Phaser Xerox (postscript) printer.
