Illustration Crashing

Hi there, 

I have adobe subscription and using latest softwares in a good specs pc. Its been 3 days since my Illustrator is crashing continously after working for some time with in it. It is giving me such a problem that I have to save me file again and again even though the system is good but still my Illustrator is crashing. Photoshop is not giving that much issues but illustrator is giving me issues. 

Can you tell me what can be the issue of being crashed again and again? 

Please let me know what can be the issue and what can be the solution for it. I need it to be solved cause I am using illustrator on daily for almost all of my tasks realted to designing. 

I will grateful if you let me know the solution of this issue.
