illustration problem

I downloaded the illustration program from adobe website and installed successfully. (I downloaded on laptop)

When I created shapes and text and all edges were broken like the attached pictures. I checked if it's selected as special brush but I was not.

I saved as pdf to see if it's only been seeing on illustration program and it was fine when I opened the saved file as pdf reader or as image.

Do I need to download the illustration program again or it's my laptop problem ?

It would be appreciated if I can get a help for this ! Thank you.
