Thanks for reaching out. Could you please share a bit more detail about what you mean by keeping symbols fixed at 100% when changing the text aspect ratio? Are you referring to specific characters, punctuation marks, special symbols, or certain glyphs within the text?

If possible, please share a screenshot or a small sample showing the current result and the result you're trying to achieve. It would also be helpful to know your Illustrator version and operating system details.
