Illustrator 2019 crashing on launch after upgrading the OS to macOS Catalina

Hi Felipe,

Are you using a Wacom device? If yes, please try updating the drivers from Wacom's website and check if that helps. If the problem persists, you can also try removing the Wacom Framework from the Plugins folder and launch Illustrator. This is just to make sure the plugin is not conflicting with Illustrator since the crash report indicates that way.

Please don't post Error reports in this forum. Post them on Pastebin and then give us a link.

Did you already rebuild the preferences?

Are there any plugins installed? Maybe they are not ready for Catalina.

Is your printer connected? Is its driver updated?

What about fonts? Do you use font management?
