Illustrator 2020 issues

Hi,

I have been using the newest update of Illustrator 2020 (Windows) for a few weeks now and I have noticed several issues:

-  Tool bar/workspace at the top randomly turn black and artwork zooms in massively. This suddenly happens various times a day. If this happens, I have to shut down Illustrator via Control Panel. 

- I often use embeded psd files in Ilusstrator. For example, I would add psd photo of small crystal to my Illustrator file. Once I have placed it in the file and sized it to correct scale - I can't select or move it anymore. Every time I try to click on it, it would just select object that is behind it (even if I have zoomed in and precisely pressed on the crystal). I can only select it by drawing a box around it, but I can't do it, if I have lots of other objects behind it. (I previosuly worked with Adobe CS6 and it was never an issue)

-If Illstrator randomly crashes and quits or if I have to close it via Control Panel, once I reopen Recovery file it has lost all embeded psd files. It recognises that somehting was there and I can select it, but it is just a blank white square, psd photo has dissapeared.
