Illustrator 2020 on OS Mac Big Sur - stuck initializing

Hello!

I just updatedmy OS to Big Sur on my MacBook Pro and Adobe Illustrator just keeps getting stuck on the initializing screen (screenshot attached.)

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and now it ran the initializing screen for 3 minutes before quitting altogether. Now I click on the icon and nothing happens!

Really annoyed with the updates. As of now, Photoshop and Premier Pro load just fine but Illustrator refuses to work. Help!

Most probably some old driver, settings file or stuff causes the issue.
