Illustrator 2021 cannot find the installed fonts on windows 10

illustrator cloud cannot find font in windows 10

the font is there the name is (Mena Grotesk Black) but illustrator cannot find it and I noticed some other fonts not showing also.

Using Illustrator in Creative cloud v25.01

Sorry about the delay. I am hopeful that the issue was fixed. If not, please try copy-pasting the font in this location (C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 2021\Support Files\Required\Fonts) and let us know how it goes.

    dont konow never had to do anything like that before.
