Illustrator 2022 crashing when I use 3d effects and materials.

Question

Hi Community,My illustrator keeps crashing whenever i use 3d effects or try to open the 3d and materials window. It was working fine, Previously i could make and use all things related to 3d. It stopped working after i tried to add materials from the free materials on adobe.com. It crashed and has been crashing ever since. I already reset prferences many times and restart illustrator 2022 but it still not worked, I can't use 3d effects and metrials anymore. When I try to use 3d effects and metrial, adobe illustrator 2022 crasses and a pop up window come and said that illustrator encounter a problem and needs to close. Please help me to find a solution and fix the problem.Regards,Easin

So you loaded new materials and then this started? The materials are probably too much for your computer's capabilities. Here's how to uninstall the materials: https://youtu.be/rxgWVkTZIYI

Could you try toggle the [Edit->Preferences]->Performance->GPU Performance checkbox. Does it make any difference? If yes, maybe GPU driver needs updating.
