Illustrator 2022 does not start

PLEASE HELP I updated my Illustrator to the latest 2022 version and whenever I open it, it opens up the loading start up window to load the assets of the app and suddenly just stops and hangs, and after a long period  it will prompt the message app is not responding, I've opened it a couple of times, even restarting my pc, after all that its still doing the same thing, then I uninstalled then reinstalled it again, and it only became worse, because now it does not open the start up loading window anymore, I can only see my cursor loading and will just stop, and its so frustrating because I have a project to finish, PLEASE HELP!!

Did you at any time also reset the preferences?

Maybe your OOBE also has to be reset.

And can you also create a new user account on the computer and then try that?
