Illustrator 2023 crashing

Hi, my Adobe Illustrator crashes all the time. I can't work on it. I've updated to the latest version and I don't have any tablet connected. It worked perfectly 2 weeks ago, and now it's impossible. I try to create a new file to start working and crashes.

Is it a bug? What I can do?

I am also experiencing similar crashing issues, and they happen without warning, even when just opening a document and moving an element! I've noticed it with the 2023 version, so I am going back to the 2022 version. I have over 100GB of space, with 32GB Ram Intel Xeon, with a very good graphics card. I believe it's definitely a glitch in the recent updates- it crashed on me about 10 times yesterday and I lost a few hours of work because of it, even though I regularly saved! Grrr!

Update: It's just crashed again, only it took a bit longer to. 😞

Hi @user7515711 how large are the files you are working on? With only 100 GB free space, if your document is using up temp space as you work that would cause an eventual lock up/crash if you run out of disk space.
