illustrator 2023 Specees plug-in not showing up

Hi,

the all new version of Ai don't read my Specees plug-in, Also Ai don't read some of my personal fonts that i downloaded by the font-market on Creative cloud.

I hope someone fix it!!!!!

Sorry to hear about this experience. Would you mind trying to install an older version of Illustrator to check if it helps?
Also, kindly share some more information, like the exact version of the OS installed on your computer, so that we can investigate this further.

    Hi!,

    For now i disinstalled the 2023 version back to the 26.5, and all works easly.

    You will need to discuss the plugin thing with the manufacturer of that plugin.

    As for the fonts: do you use font management? Are they installed "For all users"?

      Hi Monika,

      yep, the fonts are installed for all users, i supposed that new version have some bugs to fix.

      for now i disinstalled the 2023 version back to the 26.5, and all works easly.
