Illustrator 2024- Problems using Pantone Connect extension

I followed the Adobe Forum to install Pantone Connect, opened it in the extension folder,. signed up etc. But while Creative Cloud shows the plugin is installed, the Pantone colour books do not show up in Illustrator. Why? What should I do? Thanks

Thanks for reaching out. After installing the Pantone Connect plugin, it should be available under the Window > Extensions Menu.

To add colors to the Swatches menu, please follow the steps shared here: (https://adobe.ly/4cbvv39).

Thanks for responding, but the problem is not where to locate the
extension.

It was indeed in the extensions menu. But having opened it and signed up
etc the colour books DO NOT APPEAR in the colour books menu anywhere! Yes
it shows that the plugin is installed.
