Illustrator 2025 and line inaccuracy

Hello,

Can anyone help me understand why colour shapes no longer fit perfectly to outline of that shape? Working on a font design and this inaccuracy is confusing and making an accurate corner design difficult! 

 

Any suggestions appreciated!

    GPU Preview is faster, but not always very accurate, you/we probably have to live with that.

    I keep my preview on GPU for the speed and quickly switch temporarely to CPU Preview if I don't trust it to check what is really exported or printed. The shortcut Cmd E or Ctrl E quickly switches between previews.
