Illustrator 2025 fecha inesperadamente constantemente em MacBook M4 Max

Uso illustrator há muitos anos. Muito raramente o illustrator fechou inesperadamente ao longo do tempo, mas agora desde as recentes atualizações tem sido constante. Eu raramente me preocupava em guardar os ficheiros durante trabalhos e agora estou sempre com medo que a qualquer momento ele feche. (por norma felizmente quando abro o programa novamente ele recupera muito bem o trabalho como se o tivesse guardado literalmente antes de falhar).

Não encontro relatos de outras pessoas com o mesmo problema. Estou sozinho? Já desinstalei os programas todos e voltei a instalar. A dada altura percebi que nem tinha a app Creative Cloud instalada (não sei bem como).

Atualizei o meu macbook há cerca de 3 ou 4 meses para o M4 Max, acredito que não esteja relacionado.
Tentei ajuda pelo suporte da Adobe, mas parece que o caminho que dão é sempre de vir aqui à comunidade.

I just lost 2 hours of work for this. Suden crash. And the worst is that it says "Successfully recovered" but nothing opens after i press "ok"... Lost 2 hours of work for this. Ridiculous. I always report to Adobe this and they never say anything.

Please just save your files and come up with a backup process.

 

Apart from that:

Did you already reset the preferences (to address the crashes)?

But maybe you might want to do a full uninstall including using the Cleaner tool and then install again.
