Illustrator 2025 keep crashing - no idea why - help

I have worked with illustrator for over 10 years now,

and never had the crash, sinds the new update 2025,

it's usally when the workload is big, or when I want to print, the app crashes,

I have macbook M1 2021, never had issues with any app crashing, 

I have done the 5 steps and still, the app crashes, when printing or just on random points its crashes,

Is there a way to remove everything regarding the Illustrator app? and reinstal it fresh?

Or I need to reinstall a older version 2024, maybe this helps,
