Illustrator 2025 keeps crashing randomly

I'm furious right now! Illustrator just crashed after 10 hours of work!!!!!! It recovered the file, but only at the stage I was probably at after just 2 hour,  the rest is completely lost! I checked everything, and it saved approximately nothing!!!! 

 HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE WITH ADOBE !!!!!!
NOW THE PROGRAM DOESNT WORK AT ALL! !!
WHAT TO DO ?!
