Illustrator 2025 ne démarre pas

Bonjour,

Depuis la mise à jour 2025, Illustrator refuse de démarrer. Il ne sepasse rien que je clique sur l'icône ni quand je fais un ouvrir avec sur unfichier.

Je suis obligée de travailler sur la version 2024.

Mon windows est à jour ainsi que tous les pilotes des cartes graphiques.

Bonjour, je vous remercie

J'ai déjà essayé tout ce qui est proposé dans cet article et tout est bon.

Le logiciel semble se lancer. Il apparait dans le gestionnaire des taches mais pas à l'écran.

Je ne sais pas quoi faire. Illustrator 2024 tourne sur la machine.

Thanks for confirming. Would you mind trying the following steps to reinstall the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable and checking if it helps:

- Close all Adobe apps

- Uninstall all currently installed Microsoft Visual C Redistributable packages

- Install the latest Microsoft Visual C Redistributable package from here: (https://adobe.ly/40tMEl8)

- Relaunch Illustrator
