illustrator 2025 vs "marginless"

I have problems with the Print Settings in Illustrator 2025 since it doesn't let me Adjust Page and choose the printer I need. It sends me directly to printer and scanner settings

To select a different printer, choose it from the list of printers in the top part of the dialog. Is this what pops up the settings dialog?

Since I updated to iOS, Sequoia does not allow me to access the different printers.
